Terms of service

These terms govern your use of MegaTrend Spotter (the “Service”), operated by Triple AI Global Solutions AB (“we”, “us”), a company registered in Sweden, trading as MegaTrend Spotter. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance

By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

The service

MegaTrend Spotter is a horizon-scanning and foresight tool that uses AI to help you explore keywords, signals, trends, and megatrends. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

• break the law or infringe anyone else's rights;
• generate or distribute illegal content, hateful content, deepfakes, malware, or spam;
• attempt to jailbreak, probe, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the Service or its security;
• resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

You are responsible for the prompts and keywords you submit, for verifying any AI-generated output, and for having the rights to any content you input. AI output may be inaccurate and is not a substitute for professional advice.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Triple AI Global Solutions AB and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these terms and your chosen plan.

Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by Stripe, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. Stripe handles payment, billing, taxes, currency conversion, and refund processing on our behalf. Payment and billing mechanics are governed by Stripe's consumer termsin addition to these terms. Our refund window and process are described in our refund policy.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious violations of acceptable use. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Disclaimer and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages, except where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes will be resolved by the competent Swedish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections you have under your local law.
